Well, we could always be on our own for meals except for special occasion? And I agree with Doc about starting a new thread...Everything now has to do with 2007!

Pete!
We have established a "pattern" here and I think we should stick with it, UNLESS all of you want to fend for yourselfs! There are only two resturants in Gwinn, unless you want to count the sub shops, to eat. Makes no matter to me at this point! Whatever the group wants. As I have been told., I am only the "Spokes-Person" for the group., all of you have a say before I can speak for the group.

I'm for the new thread Doc... This one sometimes gets so far off that I have to check to make sure where I'm at... I also want to keep the day ends meals as they are now. Nice to meet and chat with everyone and get to know them. I'm really looking forward to next year as this past meet was the best time I ever had. You and Gene made it very special and I have many nice memories of it. Thanks to you and Gene for everything you've done...Papa_d

DOC: I think a new thread would also be a good idea, like PAPA-D I get lost sometimes. hhhmmmm wonder if it just the age thing??
And as for the meals, it doesn't make a difference to me, I'll cook if so asked, and I can eat wherever. I do agree with PAPA-D again, it has been a good time to meet everyoneand get to know them better.

Not old Rich; just a senior moment thing... It happens to the best of us and it surely hits me more now than it used to!!! If worse comes to worse Doc; We coulkd have the member dinners at one of the Parks like a picnic... I would prefer to have a gathering of everyone like this year though. I still say I had the best time of my life even if I was half sick... By the way; I'm fully back on my med's now and am doing much better. The heart problem was put to rest and got a att-boy from the Doc today. Say's I can gop fishing again but not in direct sunlite for another week. I'm taking a big umbrella tomarrow...92 degrees now and the same or more tomarrow. I see you "UP'ers" have it just as bad... Whats with this crazy weather??? Makes one wonder what this winter is going to be like!!!

Hey Pappy & Rich!
Thanks for the comments about a new thread. I think I will wait until the end of the week and see if anyone else has something to say before I say something I'm not supposed too! There are still some "problems" to iron out, but these can be addressed later. I think wherever the meals are held, we should also continue with them,.,as a "group". Was nicer having everyone at one location, be it the resort or the girl scout camp or wherever.

DOC: I'm pretty good at ironing too!!
I know where the resort is and the Girl Scout camp, but I can't seem to find a map to "wherever".
Oh well I am sure we can get there from here! and the fishing has to be better there too!!
