I thought we were talkin jigs here, Honestly I have yet to find as high quality a jig for the price of the Tailwalker jigs. I've seen the x-mas special too and I wondered if you get to pick the colors and the weights you want or do you just get whats in the box. If so it might not be as good a deal as it sounds. Angrybob,I`ve never tried tailwalker jigs, so I can`t compare quality of products..As everyone knows you get what you pay for. I purchased the standard pkg of 12 jigs 10 (2pks)of shaky head style jigs,5 replacement skirts and a medium plastic box.I didn`t want the plastic box so he sent me other stuff. For 35.00 that`s not bad.
If you are sponsored by Tailwalker this post is obviously a waste of time because you get paid to say their the best reguardless of quality and if you never have tried or bought Hawgthrasher jigs , you also can`t say which is better. I`m not sponsored, nor work for the company I posted. Just thought it was a great deal that outher people would like.

You started a thread about great deals on jigs, so I posted what in my opinion is a better deal on jigs. I wanted the folks to know that there are other options out there. $2.99 for a jig or $2.35 for a jig which is the better deal. All I can say is that I've used the tailwalker jigs and am very impressed with the quality of the lure otherwise I wouldn't come on here and tell people what a great deal they are. I'm not going to get into a little pissing match here about quality. The info is there for the folks to see. They can make the decision for themselves. If anyone else out there knows of great deals on jigs lets hear them. Angry Bob

Dang it Yanosick, and I just drove by there today. That is a pretty good deal. I've only tried a chatterbait once, but didn't really care for it. For that price though it might be worth another try. Thanks for the tip. Any more folks??? Angry Bob

I hear ya Tom. I can't believe some of the crap they try to sell in that cave. Some of the boots look like they've been worn a year, countless broken rods etc. In the the times that I've been in there I've only bought one thing, and you'll never guess what it was...............Yep a jig. Angry Bob

Bob: Haven't followed this topic the way I should have and missed your post. My salmon fishing buddy found a great deal on a downrigger, but most of the stuff I see in store is junk. The internet side on the other hand has some great deals on closeout merchandise. I found a Diawa Strikeforce baitcast combo for $35. I just ordered the Chatterbait kit for $9.88, I used rewards points so I have little to lose. Tom Fishin' fool in N.E. Illinois
