I've been a member since 2009 and I never received a thing after the life member package. Not to be bitter but how's a fisherman supposed to get a new hat? I must say that the 2009 model hat is not going to last to much longer.Please someone cast me a line let me know how to get a new one.

What is the deal with stuff stuff i thought as members we got special testing privileges that were FREE i do not want to have to spend my time slowly gaining points to test a $4 item!! Will i still be sent item from north american fishing club?? or do u have to go through stuff stuff to test items?!?!

I know a few years back there was a deal where you could request a partial rebate on the cost of your fishing license. (2008 I believe).
Anyone know if that was a one time event, or if this is still available?

I am a lifetime member of the club but am new to this online queries.

My friend and I are dedicated "Muskie hunters" and we are trying out a new location/lake this year. Lake Vermillion, MN. My fishing buddy is trying to break my 53.5" record and I would like to beat that record myself. We are staying at the "Retreat Lodge Resort" on Lake Vermillion and our arrival date is September 14th through the 21st. Any information you can share with me about size of line, baits that work well for Muskies in that lake, recommendations for a lake guide, things like that would be very appreciated. We have the confidence we just need the knowledge that may give us the edge up on our first out of state "Muskie Hunt"

Im going on vacation to St Johns March 15-24 and want to book a charter.
DO you have any recommendations based on recent experience

Ive looked on line to find they all say they are the best
Also you keep maybe 20lbs of fish you catch and they sell the rest
I dont agree with that philosophy and am looking for a true fisherman charter, where I keep all my catch

Any recommendations
I'm interested in TUNA Especially and mixed bag otherwise

Line size and Dipsey Divers

Am looking for a guide that show's the depth of dipsey by line size. IE braid, mono, copper and so forth. I was told there was one out year's ago but was discontinued. The dipsey package shows 20 pound mono but I use 30 pound super pro braid and would like to know how deep I'm running per feet out?? Any Body??

Winter Bass

Hello, I live in the southern most point of Texas that is labeled as the "Rio Grande Valley" Brownsville to be exact. I love to Bass Fish, but I usually have to wait till spring to enjoy bass fishing, in particular, black or large mouth. I use a split tail beetle on a jig and do a lot of flipping to produce fast action in order to get chase and hits. I fish from shore, generally from roadside water crossovers which allow the water to flowunder the road via pipes. The bass like to hold up there and ambush fish coming through as well as stay in the shade of the tunnels. However, I get impatient waiting until spring to do this. We experience no freezes or snow and the water temps dont drop too far below 60 cept maybe 2 or three times a year during a severe winter. What techniques can i use to entice the fish to strike, or what bait could i use. Live bait is usually shiners or else dead shrimp are the most commonly used. My experience with lures is limited to what I described earlier save for using worms successfully once in my life. I have heard that at 70 or below bass do not move very much, much less strike. Is this true?

Whatever data you can give me on bass fishing in winter will be appreciated.

I have a question I'd like to "ask the editors"...or anybody else in this dump that might be listening. Why can't I access other members' profile page photo albums anymore? Profile access has been screwed up since the last site "update"...is it just going to stay that way? Or do any of the 321,207 members even care? My guess is, they are preoccupied with trying to get their magazines delivered...or trying to get somewhere with stuffstuff. I have talked to members who registered with stuffstuff back in August, now are receiving emails saying "valued member...why didn't you register?" SHEESH!! I can't believe how long the profile situation has been bonk and nobody says a word about it...I guess that's the proof...nobody is even using the feature. You might as well yank the profile pages out, they don't work worth a crap anyway, maybe that would free up some space here and make the site a little faster.

I want to know why there are not more articles about how to catch or what to look for when fishing from shore. All the articles are mostly on catching anf finding fish from your boat with your electronic equipment, when you fish from shore you do not have electronics to use, so what are some tips for the shore fishers on catching bass, crappie, and trout, ect...
