How to Make a Screenshot

1. Find the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard and press it.

2. Open up the Paint program by following the steps in this next pic...

3. Click Edit, Then Paste as shown in this next pic.

Now you should have picture there of what was showing on your computer monitor. There is a little blue dot at 3 different parts of the pic (circled in Red on this next pic). You can use these to change the right and bottom edges of the picture.

There are also other tools to use...the best ones will pop up if you click on the word "Image" at the top.

There is also a Toolbar on the left hand side...and a color "choice" bar at the bottom.

When you are done, click on File then Save As...and decide where you want to save the pic to. I always save as a "JPG" type file (like this).

Browser problems

I see a lot of topic made here regarding Browser's Mostly IE though some firefox.

There's a browser made by the wonderful people at google, Called Google chrome here a link:

and it will install for you and to make things better

Here is a add on for chrome that is a ad blocker, What it does is will stop any pop ups on any website you visit EX: Congrat's you have won today!)

I'm having problems with a few sites being veeeerrrryyyy slllloooowwww, including this one. Has anyone tried FireFox? I'm running Windows 7 & the latest versoin of IE, with a cable modem.

Any advice??

Rich Text Format

If theres any computer guru's that can give me a tip or advice on this Rich Text Format. I was messing with my profile settings and noticed that I cannot use Rich Text Format, only Basic Text Format when I post a message or reply. When I choose the option "Rich Text Format" all I get is a big scrambled mess on the page. I dont know if it's my computer settings, or if it's this high speed low drag NAFC website. I also have a problem with posting pics. Most of the time the pic attachment link is dead...It wont open. Somedays it opens, but most days it won't. I'm using windows 7 IE 9. Any help? Can anyone help? ?When I make a post I can't upload a pic. I resized my pics to under 500kb, and they stll won't post. Not only won't they post, the attachments link wont open nor any of the other links...Poll or Additional Options. Is it my settings or is it my computer? I'm using windows 7 with 64 bit internet explorer...I also switched to 32 bit and still none of the links will open. Anyone have advice or tips?

Firefox problems?

Has anybody been having problems loading any of the NAFC web pages with Firefox? Anytime I try to access any page I get some error. '400 Bad request Your browser sent an invalid request.' is the latest error. The page loads fine on Chrome and *gag* Internet Explorer. I've tried clearing cookies, history and cache but it hasn't helped. Any ideas?

Avatar is Freakishly large!!! Help!!!!!!!!

I changed my avatar and it became freakishly large and when I wanted to change it again it wouldn't work.

It told me that there was some sort of error.

A critical error has occurred.
The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open.

Is there anyone who can help me change this?!?!

Printer recommendation

Anyone have any input on a good printer for home? I'm replacing my current unit and want a wireless unit that will give me decent quality photo prints. I don't need a printer that gives gallery quality prints, just good enough for everyday stuff. At the moment I am considering an HP Photosmart. Tom

Here's a link to a topic on the SpyBot Forums that chronicles Security Updates for various software. If you go to the 4th page you willl see that both Google Chrome and IrfanView both have recent new CRITICAL updates

So if you don't have them...get them
