PROS
Very effective bait. Worked this bait in some light cover with no hang ups. Used this bait while my partner used a sinnner bait and I was the only one to catch fish. Was able to work it at differnt levels of the water column and this really helped catch the fish. The bait has great action and feel. I never missed a bass that stuck the bait. It is a relativley cheap bait to buy also.

CONS
None.

OVERALL
I would recomend every bass fisherman needs to have at least three of these of different colors in thier arsenal. You'll really catch more fish.

PROS
I bought this bait in all the colors Booyah offers and they all worked well depending on the conditions I was fishing in (weather, water clarity & etc.). Best action of any chatter type bait. Swim it just below the surface, jig it (finesse or dragged on the bottom), Swim it deep and slow (slow roll like a spinner bait), Burn it, & yes... I even flipped it into matted grass. All these techniques work great, but #1 #2 will guarantee that you get reaction strikes.

CONS
Booyah should definitely try to offer a wider array of colors. I believe if they can make it in a crawfish color (whether it is a texas, louisiana or northern colored craw). Because like I said the jigging technique worked well just like burning it.

OVERALL
Great Bait... like they say... Finest Spinnerbaits, Buzzbaits and Jigs on the water.... now they just need to change the commercial and add in the boogie bait because it has landed me some big ol' bass in the past 6 months.

I'm glad booyah changed the hooks on this bait. The first hook on the booyah spinnerbait I tried dulled after catching just 2 bass. The same thing happened with their jigs when I tried them. I personnaly think their baits are a peice of junk. It seems the more a bait is advertised the cheaper it is.

This is a very good bait to use in summer and early fall. It works the same as a spinner bait by making a wave movement in the water that causes fish to react to the bait.

CONS
It is hard to find it in a smaller size for when the fish are not as willing to eat and you need to downsize you bait if you want to catch fish.

OVERALL
Overall it is a very good bait to use for largermouth bass and northern pike I have cought a number of pike and lagermouth using this bait.

Easily glides through the water, plenty of vibration, could feel it coming through the water on retrieve. I was using a bright red 3/16 oz. this past weekend in a local Bass Tournament and caught close to forty fish and one nice Northern. If pulled fast enough over weeds does not get hung up at surface that much. Did not miss many hook sets by baits fault, I did miss a couple due to myself nit setting hard enough.

CONS
Not totally weedless

OVERALL
great bait in this color, and size. I have the 3/8 size also. Recommend using sometimes in place of spinner baits.

I purchased one and it worked good for me last year. Many different ways to fish it and each one works well. I cought a 4lb bass that darted out from a tree stump about 5 feet from where i was standing on a fast retrieve.

Very active-live actions. Usable at many depths

CONS
not enough color variations, not enough information on how to use so I had to wing it.

OVERALL
Nice adaptation to the jig line I have had mine for over a year and love it. One of my go to baits if I want to see where the fish are at (top bottom middle etc.) I think will lose some points due to frustration and not knowing for sure how to retrieve after the first couple of casts..

This bait like some of the others needs to be fished a lot of differant ways. Once you find the way's the fish (largemouth bass, crappie and a number of Giant sunfish) want it it's hard not to land a fish on every cast! I thought when I first heard about the Booyah Boogee Baits, they would most likely be just like the original "Chatterbait" Strike King's Prue Poison but boy was I wrong!!

CONS
The only drawback I find is learning which way the fish want this bait fished. Once you find "the Magic" retrieve you can expect to land a lot of fish.

OVERALL
Very effective bait, a little high in price but this bait will land fish.

works well in saltwater too. use it alot for puppy drum. the flash brings them in especially wiht the gold blade. ill take the factory bait off and put a gulp on instead works really well that way. Ill bounce it off of oyster beds as well as jsut yo-yo it or burn it through the water to fast though and it will spin.

CONS
if the rod is too stiff or too light it wont run properly. to light and it drags to much to stiff and it wont swim at all

good all round lure works great for all things.

Has nice action, feels great when reeling in slow or fast.

CONS
The springy hook seemed to get tossed from their mouth to often. I've never had this happen with regular hooks. It was my first time trying this type of lure so maybe I wasn't setting hook well...

OVERALL
First time using the black and blue at night and caught 2 fish on this small pond from the bank (should've caught 5 if not for the hook). Loved the action on it. look forward to trying it out on the lake.

I bought two of these baits each one a different color. i fished each one in 3 different bodies if water, a deep wide river, a natural lake and a relatively small pond, each bait worked great, in the river i ran it fast about 2 feet under the surface where the current had slowed and produced 2 nice bass. in the lake it was a cool rainy day and the fish were on bottom so i worked it like a jig and caught plenty of bass. in the small pond i used it like a spinnerbait in a weed mat and caught a nice 6 1/2 pounder.

PROS
Have had good luck with these lures in ponds and very small lakes but nothing in the big lakes. Lots of vibration creates attraction.

CONS
Haven't caught one on this color yet, but still trying. Very heavy pull.

OVERALL
Verdict still out...
