 pzimmerman2 Fishing Georgia Went to Lake Oliver this morning around 10 am. Didn't catch anything but had a couple of bites on a lipless crankbait. There was a guy who caught a bass using worms off of the small pier. I've caught two smaller bass there the last couple of times I've gone out as well, just not lucky today.

Spot tails and Spec Trout should move in soon.
If we can find bait, its time to fish.

 Light Line John so cal fishing buddies Hello there everyone! Headed up to Pyramid Lake, CA in a couple weeks. I'll be batting for the fences going for the Grand Slam, Largemouth, Smallmouth, and Striper. Any tips for the Smallmouth?? Being in socal I haven't had that much exposure to em.

 Light Line John CALIFORNIA SOCAL FISHERS Hey there everyone! Is anyone awake in here?? Just because the fishing can be tough in SoCal doesn't mean we give up.
Headed up to Pyramid Lake, CA for a shot at a grand slam. Largemouth, Smallmouth, Striper. I'll be fishing for stripers with cut sardines and for the LMB I'll be throwing everything at em, frogs, plastics, cranks, etc. The one thing I'm a little unsure about are the smallmouths. Living in socal I dont have that much exposure to them. Jigs, small plastics, shad. That's the plan
