 | cspond hello all I live in Louisville looking for good place to fish and good people to fish with. I do not have a car or a boat so finding a place to fish is very hard at this time. I pretty much want to fish for anything. I hope to hear from people and maby some one can let me know how to work the friend system on here have not figured out to add friends yet.

 | birdsnest99 I am a new member who lives at Kentucky Lake near the dam. I fish most of the time for Crappie, Bluegill & Redear. I do a tiny amount of bass fishing, mainly because I don't want to eat them, and rarely ever fish for them, though they are great fun. This last spring kind of stunk for spawn time fishing, with the early warm weather the crappie came in early and the lake is still way below summer pool, what I caught this year was in less than 2 ft. of water, fishing with minnows about 6" deep. They would not take jigs at all in this thin water. Now they are out in the 20-25 ft range.

 | gmill013 Any one know about Muskies on Cave Run Lake? I caught a small largemouth bass on the lake fishing from shore. I have never fished for Muskie, any and all advise welcome

 | ncoppage hows it going KY...anybody know if the mild winter has affected the pre-spawn bass...been out on the lake twice this year and the pan fish are active on the banks but the bass seem a little shy
a year ago | |  gmill013I just caught a small largemouth using a chrome and red rattling shad that was half the size of the fish. I also got several hits on the same lure. They seemed very aggressive today. I was shore fishing at Muskie Bend on Cave Run Lake. (no Muskie just juvenile largemouth)
