I am Not bound to a wheel chair or anything (Thank God), but no wheels. I live in Phoenix. Depending on specifics, I would have to plan ahead to work into my limited budget.Hope you understand...but yes I would like to meet you and wet a line together Bill

  • magikfish azjack,watched the zulu video. It looks like an answer. My dad passed this weekend(Jesus needed a good fisherman) so I will be trying the rig on Thursday.Let ya know

    • azjackSorry to here that my Dad passed in 1961 and my Mother and step Dad in 1995 so I know what you are feeling right now...I hope the Zulu rig helps let me know because I havn't used it yet... my boat went in the shop yesterday they said it will be next week before they get to it. So I am close to going out and doing a little fishing myself.

  • magikfish Hi guys, from what I have read here, I may not even be in your class of fisherman.That does not diminish my love for it. So here is a question you may be able to help me with. I have been in Phoenix for about 3 years. I love my bass fishing, but east coast techniques aren't as successful out here. I for now am stuck as an Urban fisherman. I have 2 small ponds by me both with almost crystal clear water.One is a bout 12 to 15 feet deep and maybe 3 acres; the other averages 6 to 7 feet and might be a bit smaller.My first year I did very well. After that it has been difficult. I have run out of ideas and my arsenal has not been producing. I keep spinner-baits,top-water,cranks and plastic worms in the box. I have recently started jigging and am not that proficient at it.Any suggestions? I am open minded and teachable. And with any luck in the future I will be able to fish those big lakes you guys talk about. Good Fishing

    • azjackWell Magikfish go to u tube seach for Kevin Van Dam double zuzu fishing rig. Let tour bait sink all the way to the bottom then lift your lure up about five inches and let it fall back to the bottom the fish will hit on the way down so watch your line all the time. If you use spining rig take a look at www.linedancer.com it looks real neat. I hope this will help a little. I will think of more ways later.

  • Arizona Fishing Fished the Kingman Elks bass tournament today caught Limit of largemouth and placed 1st and also caught largest bass at 3.8 lbs for a total limit of 3 bass total weight of 8.5 lbs.

    • jertz23Hi everyone, I'm in Tucson and fish all over. I fished Arivaca yesterday. Really windy but managed to pick up a couple 2lb fish drop shotting in the sticks. Lake condition pretty rough. Wouldnt suggest anything over a trolling motor getting on this lake. Some bass were spawning but back in very shallow Coves were I didnt even want to take my little 2 man boat. Good fishing everyone!
