Well so far this year I have logged about 300 hours in at the rivers and all I have to show for it is 2 snapping turtles, I huge carp and a decent bullhead. I am using the same tactics, bait and lures as I always have and by this time last year I had over 20 bass, and 30 channel cats. 7/6/2012 4:31:28 PM

Took two boys 8 and 10 from Germany fishing this weekend. It was a pleasure to see the joy in their actions over catching panfish. At the end of the day the boys did not want to leave. I think it was a positive influence for the parents reported back that fishing is all they talk about. I'm glad it was fishing over a video game excitment. 4/15/2012 8:50:03 PM

Any Susquehanna River fishermen out there,be advised, we ran into 2 friends of ours Friday last who fished the river, in the Old Barton Road area, where we usually fish, and they told us that they caught a beautiful Catfish, however, when they got it home to prepare it , it was all "GRUBBY" inside and out.
