I have been here for about a year and i completely understand what you mean about our tactics dont work. Since i have been here i have picked up fly fishing, salmon fishing, and starting in december i will be doing some steelheading.

Some of us are transplanted from other areas and our methods don't work here. Unfortunately my Puget Sound fishing skills are useless here.
If you're in the same boat or you wish to help, let's get something going! We've only friends to make and skills to learn. At the least, we can meet and have fun.
