| steveslot Went and tried the new hummingbird out on the christiana and delaware sunday. That thing is awesome.quite a few fish hanging out st the port, but you can't anchor there. And the stretch of the delaware from Wilmington to new castle is flat, not even a bump or hole to be found. , except for the bridge, but no stopping within 100 yards allowed. Gotta look for that wreck on the jersey side.

| steveslot dropped a line in Dragon creek in Delaware City, loaded with big Bass, I think I saw a couple stripers in from the river too. Why if fishing from the bank are the fish always just a few feet farther away than your longest cast ? need a canoe

| steveslot hit one of the creeks that dumps into the delaware river, down by delaware city today. A local kid stopped by on his bike with his pole and said"i have never seen anyone pull any fish out of here". i thought it was pretty awesome that despite that he still rod his bike a couple miles to try.
I pulled in a small cat on a purple glitter lizard bumping the bottom. really wasnt what I was looking for , but I'll take it.

| Delaware Fishing trying to find a place to throw a line in real quick before work in New Castle, DE is depressing. I need to find a decent place to go. looks like I am stuck at the boat ramp on the Christiana River playing with small yellow perch.
