 | dpeterson84 There have been some really good deals at Gander Mountain lately on fishing lures. The hunting season gets in full swing and the lures get forgotten about and go on sale. Even at MC Sports I have been finding some good deals. I have been dropping hints about good stocking suffers to my wife.

 | The Dangle Saginaw river has some nice smallies when the water isn't all clouded up. Near the Z bridge and zillwalke is nice in the spring/summer. Carolina rigged with a live crawler and any type of jig works. Rock out with your rods out.

 | kevo129 well guys fresh out of surgery that i went through a month ago i finally got a chance to fish again last week and well it was as if god gave me a chacne to catch every fish i wasnt able to catch rolled up in to one big ol bass weighing 10lbs 9oz the big ol horse was so strong it actually was able to turn the boat i cought him on a black hulla poper fantastic catch in southern mich unfortuinetly i have no picture since our cam battries died midday and my cell phone had no flash but i do have my dad who will never forget that hog with me i was gunna bring him home but he was to big for the cooler being 29in by far the bigest bass ive ever cought beating my rec of 7 1/2 lbs from just earlier in the year ahh it felt great just to be on the water again and i was blessed with such a wonderfull catch

 | rschoff I just caught a 19 inch smallmouth bass. Thats the biggest smallmouth I've caught so I was wondering if thats an average size smallmouth or what.

Welcome joebassn6469 about 2 years ago  joebassn6469best catch so far this year was 6.5 lb ...mostly i use a white skum rat or white zoom for larg mouth even smallies
