 | jjfats hello, i am looking into buying a fishing kayak. i bought a SOT 10 years ago to puts arund on the lake but now i want to get one for fishing mainly in salt water and dont know what set up i should look into since kayaks have changed alot since then. thank you for the help
about 10 months ago | |  mcooper9You may like the Freedom Hawk Pilgrim 14. That is what I have. It made to fish standing up and very stable. Rated for about 6 foot salt water/ works wonders on the flats. I'm in Indiana so I do not get to the ocean much. But when I do a sure do get lots of fish. Its great on the flats. Better than wadding. | rdiaz3 Hello everyone. Tomorrow morning (6/26/12), I'm heading out to Redman Lake in York county in Pennsylvania.. Last year I went there 3 days in a row and didn't even get a bite from any bass at all. My fish find does dictate that there are fish in it. Just hard to catch bass. If I don't catch a bass tomorrow... it will be the last time I go there. Anybody interested in accompanying me are welcomed. sure would like the company.
