 | Western N.Y. Fishing Group Got a nice limit of bass on Honeoye Lake on opening day. The big fish was also the biggest I've caught in 20 years - 22 inches; 5.44 lbs. I released it alive. I hope everyone else did well too. Godd luck to all.

| Western N.Y. Fishing Group Hey it's spring in Western N.Y. I finally got my boat out of storage and drove it down to my dock - in the snow!!. Oh well I guess it's payback for the warm winter we had. I hope everyone has a good fishing season. I expect the snow here at Honeoye will stop sometime before I put the boat away in October. Tight Lines!

 | njsfishon I got out on Honeoye again last night. Was out from 7:30 -9:15 PM. Fishing was still hot. I got 15 bass and 1 20 inch chain pickerel, most of them hit the wackie worm. I hope it stays this way the rest of the summer.

| Western N.Y. Fishing Group Honeoye lake bass are on fire this week. Went out for 3 hours on July 4 (after all the fireworks, ring of fire and boat traffic the night before and got 13. Went out on Tuesday with the wife from 4-6 PM and got 14 including a beautiful, fat 5 lb'er. I hope it keeps going. Good luck and God bless

Welcome mbemis1968 about 2 years ago  mbemis1968Has anyone ever done any fishing out of Olcott or Wilson marinas? I have gone out there from Maine the past two springs and had the time of my life.
njsfishonWhen I fished at Lake Ontario, it's mostly been near Rochester. When I had my business, I had a lot of customers from Olcott. They always told me about the great fishing there. Good luck.
