why is it when you click on [members]in [my nafc] you alwasys get a servor error?

I definitely have noticed improved website performance Web Guy Greg!

I'm still waiting for the speed.
On all my other sites as soon as I click to change
page or to post a reply "BAM" it's right there.
On this site I still have time to hum the song to Jeopardy.

Ok, so what, it's been 5 years since all these issues arrived...I still have way reduced speed. I do appreciate that someone is attempting to fix things...5 years...

Mine is also still slow , I don't come here very often because of the seed.

Turnip: I hear ya, bud. Prior to getting hired here, I was a member for three years. I wish I had a simple explanation for you, but I'm not the IT guy ans probably wouldn't understand the nuts and bolts of it if they did give me an in-depth summary. Hey everybody, I just got an update from IT Guy Joel, detailing the last steps in our move to better servers that will run faster and avoid the dreaded 500 errors. I've pasted the full text of the update below. -- Web Guy Greg

"The web servers have functions for detecting when a website becomes unhealthy and restarting them when them when they become "sick." During the transition to our new hosting facility, these functions may have hidden bigger issues (mass 500 errors) so they were disabled. We will be enabling and tuning these functions today. Every effort will be made to ensure there are no outages, but there may be intermittent hiccups. Thanks for your patience." -- IT Guy Joel

Thanks for the heads up. I spent some time on here yesterday and did not see any improvement. It is nice to see you on here and at least keeping us updated and hearing they are trying AGAIN to fix it.
Tell them thanks and hope they can get it done.

Greg: so far no error messages, but still slow when responding to requests? but then it's better than it was. So we all are hopeful it will continue to improve.
