I upgraded to the trophy life and received a test product in the welcome kit and it came with the test form to mail in. I misplaced the form and have no idea where to find another one. It was a pair of pliers with carbide cutting blades at the back. These are some awesome pliers for fishing and I absolutely love them. I want to do a good review of them but as I said I did misplace the form and when I go to the test product section on here it just says I am enrolled and does not have the online form to fill out. Any help would be much appreciated. |

Have you received a field test or are you referring to the new member stuff? Did you get an email announcing a field test? If not it is probably new member 'swag' and no report is required. Tom |

I found the test form or evaluation form but haven't received and product to test or evaluate. May be like books and cd's. I usually get a bill and past due note in my account to pay before I ever get the product. Let's speed up the connection and why are the books so expensive. I'd suggest you give some kind of break to members, life members, or trophy life members. Uncle Tom |
