How come I can't easily find the section to cancel all of my credit information.  I don't want any surprise billing for something like an "American" knife set.  I've tried looking and everything seems to lead me to contact the customer service.  Shouldn't my information be accessable to me at all times and not when they are ready to do it?

rthole, click on the FAQ tab at bottom of page. Look for the Auto renewal program and click view all questions in this catagory. It will take you to the cancel process.
