    Could the magazine run an article about how the Sport Fish and Restoration moneys are allocated? I know the Doc did a segment on part of this on a recent TV show, but it seems there is a lot of misunderstanding about how Federal funds are returned to the states, where they come from and the roll licenses play in this.
