Read with great interest in the Dec/Jan issue that the NAFC has 500,000 members! Last time I looked, the web site listed a total of something over 197,300. Creative accounting or did I miss something? Tom

Just got the mag and seen what you were talking about Tom. what i found interesting was the # of boats members said they had. 1.4 per member. I have the .4 covered with my fixer upper 14' aluminum that i'm working on.

Not every member is online . Or cares to be . some are probably family members or grandchildren of other members. I know a few members who have bought a life membership for there
grandchildren.
What i would be interested to know is if there counting member numbers buy member numbers or names as i know a few on line that have changed there name a half a dozen times due to log in problems and how many of them are still with us .
Take a kid fishing , If the fish aint biting entertain them.
