I just received a product for testing but I never received a review sheet with it.  Is there a link online where I can print one off? Or better yet an online form I can complete?

Are you sure it is a product for testing?  If it is a test product it should have paperwork in it stating it is a test product for you to review and instructions for how to fill out the form or go the link.  If it does not have a paperwork saying it is a test item then chances are it is some other offer/free gift.

The link for the online report is http://www.fishingclub.com/report

Once you go into there it list all the products currently sent out for testing so if it actually is a test item you should find it on the list.

    Hope this helps.

If you didn't get a card or test report form or an e-mail then it's probably a premium item (free gift).  Although if you read the letter that comes with it, it probably reads something like .... review the book, but keep the free hardnose bait to test for free...  That means it's yours to play/fish with, but it's not a true field test in that sense.

A true field test is always accompanied by an email, usually arriving before the test item but not always, that has a link to the site and form for the test report. A field test item is NEVER accompanied by an invoice of any sort, and I have never heard of anyone getting a book for a field test! My post under Field Test in this section is worth a read. Tom
