Seems to be alot of that going on with the club/customer service. Whenever I've e-mailed the club, I always get the same ol' generic response...that doesn't even remotely answer the question...For example..I received an e-mail notification on Dec. 22, 2010 that I was selected to receive the Schrade Old Timer Pro Fishermans Fillet Knife as a product test. The email said I should receive the knife in 1-3 weeks if I haven't already received it. It's a month later and still nothing...After e-mailing the club, they said they have no control over when the manufacturer sends out the product. Then why send me an e-mail saying that I've been selected and I should receive it in 1-3 weeks if I haven't already done so???? I know this has nothing to do with shirts, but it's kinda the same ol' s@#t when it comes to customer service. Same thing when I joined over a year ago...I never recieved the "wing it slip bobber"...I have no use for them, but it's the principle...If your offering it as a free gift, then send it. After contacting the club, they said there in the mail....right...year later and still no bobbers... |
