This is a question out of respect, but I was wondering as to who is a Life Member and is it really worth it? I appreciate any honest feedback!
bass or bass?

I think the question is relevant to your age. I'm 60 so I'm an annual member. If I was young I'd go with a life membership.

Hi,i have been a member sense last march and then became a life member in june. To me it has been worth it there is alot of great people on here and anytime you need some advice about fishing you can ask and you will always get afew differnt answers to help you out. I recived all the items that was promised to me when my membership was paid for(rod, reel, belt buckle, hat, rod case)and some other stuff.I try to get on everyday to read the fourms and i have learned differnt ways to fish. So yes it was worth it for me..I hope this helps you out. JOHN

ditto pn what duckman said. I have been a lifer since 99 and it has been well worth it. It is definatly the other members that make it worth while and I enjoy being a member of this community. One example would be if you are planning a trip somewere you are more than likely going to be able to find a fellow member who is willing to show you his favorite fishing spot. yes you still get that benefit from being a yearly member but at least you don't have to remember to renew. the lifer gifts are cool also.

That is a question only you can answer. For me it was a no brainier I Love to fish and plan to be alive for a while anyways . the free gift for becoming a life member was a nice addition.
But as every one has stated the best part is not having to worry about the price going up or renewing.
what this club has to offer you is fishing connections and opportunities. Like Brian had mentioned get to know a few members and the doors can open for many great fishing adventures.
You see all those outstanding catch contest contenders . They could be your next fishing adventure host , you never know .
Take a kid fishing , If the fish aint biting entertain them.
