How about a series on line to line knots? with many of us using mono backing, braid an a fluoro leader all on the same spool, these knots have become much more important recently. Tom

    Pegs:

If you go back to the 2008 Knot Wars section under the Video tab on the home page, you'll find a series of line-to-line connections. In addition, the 2010 Knot Wars will include several knots for splicing leader to superlines. The TV guys are working on it right now in the editing booth, and the clips should be on the site soon.

Thanks for the reply, Kurt. I must have missed the line to line series on air. Occasionally something like fishing or boat repair will pre-empt my watching the show, and as near as I can tell it only airs once a week (Sun AM) around here. Tom

Hey Tom, the newest season of North American Fisherman television features Knot Wars again and this time we highlight seven options for attaching leader material to superline. The season starts with line-to-lure knots, first though. Steve Pennaz

Will the Willis knot be part of your series? I know this is a specialty knot used mostly with lead core, but you were the guys who ran the Skinny Water Lead Core article and any knot with lead core can be a huge problem. I see a problem with the Willis and braid. Tom
