    Hi All

You may soon notice a change to FishingClub.com site.  We will be adding a front door to our site for new visitors to tell them about the club.  For all of you loyal current members, this shouldn’t impact your normal use of the site.  If you see a page telling you about the club – just click “already a member” and you’ll see the home page you’re used to.  If any of you have banked online, you’ll be used to this where you see one page if we recognize you and another if we don’t.  This should occur just once because there will be a cookie set to prevent this page from popping up again once you have seen it the first time.

    Thank you!

I know I'm not the most computer savvy guy but, I'm still getting the 'Front Door' whenever I try to log on. I thought it was supposed to only happen once? It's tiresome when you have to go through an extra step whenever you're doing something.

I have been a member since May of 2009 and already have been victim to some of the worst customer service ever. I have not yet received my gifts promised for joining the club, and have yet to receive my validation stickers aswell. There have been mistakes to my account over and over, and the customer service line is always busy. When I did get through all I got was a "we are working on it." I have received countless offers by mail to become a LIFE MEMBER, and invoices saying I have to pay my membership dues which I did and still no stickers no gifts, the only thing I do receive is offers. Seems like they have time to send me offers, but not what was promised. There are mistakes after mistakes on my account and I am trully sick of it. Ridiculous astrocious customer service, with a greedy mindset of offers and don't deliver what they promise. I have yet to receive an offer to field test any product and doubt it I ever will. I have not even received the gifts I paid for, how could I ever expect such company to deliver on their word that I COULD be asked to field test a product. REALLY REALLY bad club with absolutely the Worst customer service ever....

Change is not always a bad thing....it is frustrating when you are trying to make a payment to your account, and find out it takes 2-3 weeks for the charge to actually hit your account...whether it be a credit or debit card or bank account. Is there a reason for this? Just asking....thanks!

I love topwater fishing bait for Bass and crappie. The lake I do the majority of my fishing in has lots of moss so It's tough to fish off the bottom. I get lots more hits off topwater lures. My favorite is probably a shiny chugbug. I also like jitterbugs. I use a spinning reel. Anyone have any input?

I hope that this will not be the only change to the site because, for the life of me, i can't figure out how to use the darn thing! The magazine tells me every month what's "now on FishingClub.com" but I can't find any of the articles. Nor can I find a paage that has web links, podcasts, web extras or any of the online headings shown in the magazine. Can someone please tell me how to navigate the website to find any of the articles shown on page 6 of the April edition? So far, the online magazine is a total mystery to me!

I have noticed a person can go all over this site without signing in until field test, or gear give away

Thsi site isn't very appealing anymore. I don't come here very often. I am a life member and don't like the website. I do enjoy getting the magazine though. There are some nice articles in there.

I still don't understand why some of us lost everything in the change and others didn't. I lost everything -avatar, signature, all of my posts and pm's, why? I have been a life member since 12/2006 and I had to totally start over like a new member. Again!

This is what customer service sent me when I e-mailed them and told them I could not log in: Thank you for the email. We are sorry you are having trouble logging into our website. According to our records, you will need to re-register with the website. Please follow the steps below: Select the "Log In" button. The ?Log In? button is located beneath the Welcome banner on the club home page www.fishingclub.com. If this is your first time logging into the club website, you will need to enter your Last Name and Member Number in the Last name and Member Number fields. A User Name will auto fill for you in the ?User Name? field, this will typically be the first letter of your first name followed by your last name, you may change the User Name to something else if you?d like, however you may not use any special characters. You may include numbers as long as they are at the start or end of the username, but not in the middle. Enter a password of your choice in the ?Password? field. Please verify the e-mail address is listed correctly in the ?Email Address? field. If the email address listed is incorrect, please make the necessary changes to update the address. Click the "Submit" button. Enjoy the new website! : That is just awesome
