im a dissabled vet that is a stay at home dad with three children under two so fishing time is very limited and also the abbility to get off the banks and docks of coarse i cant afford to get a boat or have the time or funds to buy a fishing trip not looking for handouts just someone with an empty spot on there boat sometime when they go out
