Well i went fishing yesterday and i looked ant my tide chart and it said High tide was at 10:32AM so i go out there at 10:25Am and it was DEAD LOW TIDE!  So low that there was i think 5 -7 Dead fish in the creek.

Yes, weather conditions can affect tide conditions along with moon phases. Nor'easters, Tropical Stroms, Hurricans can affect the tide. Usually it's affect is felt on incoming/high tide, where the water level will usually be alot higher than normal. But anyways 151...going out fishing at low tide is in my opinion better than going out at high tide. By that you'll get to fish the whole incoming tide. Incoming tide will usually bring in all the bait fish and the predators that want to eat them...Also, when it's low tide you can see alot how the bottom looks, if there are any channels, shoals, rock, anything that would likely to be a good sopt for predator fish to hold up on and ambush bait fish...
