    I'm pretty sure it is, but just to be sure, I'm asking you.  Caught the fish about 2 months ago off a nightcrawler.  It measured around 16.5" long.  My reason for asking is that I'm trying to get a Master Angler patch.

    Yes it is, and according to the book, you have the name correct.
