I live in Northeast Kansas and was wondering when the white bass spawn is?  Also, I'm thinking spinner bait for lure. What would you white bass fisherman reccommend?

Last week I was at the boat show in Topeka, Ks and the Perry Lake biologist was there and mention white bass.  He
said this year a good place to fish would be the the Hwy 92 bridge area.  The lake is 5 1/2 foot below normal pool
level and due to the low water the white bass will be unable to continue going North up the Delaware River as usual.

Any info on the spawn would be appreciated.  Thanks, Kscatfisherman
