What do you guys use on your bow mount motor shaft when it gets hard to slide from the cradle. Mine is a bear at times when it's dry. I've been told wd40 helps but that is just short term. Any suggestions?

Try White Lithium Grease, made by CRC. It's a marine grade grease designed for saltwater use. Lasts long and it won't break down. Comes in a spray can.

That is a good idea, you might also try one of the synthetic, waterproof marine lubes on the market. A little goes a long way, too much and you attract dirt and grit.
