Are there any local NAFC members attending the Ice fishing fest @Mac's Twin Bay resort? Need some information on what bait/lures to use there and if there are any places close by to rent equipment (Underwater Cameras, Depth finders, etc..,). Any information on the resort, etc.., would be appreciated. I am coming from Illinois and would like to limit what I bring. Thanks.

I'm not going to attend, but I'll say bring what you normally would be fishing with.

I normally will fish for perch on Mille Lacs, so look to fish for perch. On occassion will tangle with a walleye, pike, eel pout, crappie, sunnies, whitefish/tullibees.

How big are the perch. What do you ussually use for bait. Thanks for the reply

I'm not going, unfortunately.

The perch will be anywhere from small dinks to 14 inches. You have to be mobile after you pick off a few of the larger perch of 10 inch plus.
