I havent had a chance to go surf fishing in about 4 years and I really need to get back to the ocean and wet my line.
In the meantime, could you guys post some stories about your experiences on the beach. This may be an odd request, but I really need a "fix"

I'll start. The last time I was surf fishing was with my wife, uncle and aunt. We were fishing for Blues off of the delaware shore near Rehoboth Beach (sp?). No one was catching anything and there were quite a few people out there fishing. Well I finally land a small blue, about 12 inches long. The people fishing just down the beach from us had a daughter about 15-16 yrs old and she came running up to me to see the fish. Well, the young girl had on a blue bikini. My wife was giving me the "eye" while my uncle was laughing like crazy. Anyway it was rather humorous.
The trip ended with only a couple small blues landed.
