I think a buck a piece for club members is a good start! I'll take a couple. lol. Seriously though you might try local tackle shops or creating your own online business, ebay etc. Where's Uncle Tom? He would have more insight than I would

A goof way to figure out market value is ebay. Check your local library ebay books are plentiful.

It's too late in the season, but maybe next year try the fishing and outdoor shows. Most larger cities have them and you can network with other angling retailers big and small. The other option is get booths at fairs this summer and at things like church and city/town festivals for Memorial Day or 4th of July.

Get some friends to use them get testimonials and talk to local bait shops, for a start. If they are good they will start to sell themselves. You can also contact a touring pro and see if he'll try them out for you.

When you paint the scale finishes, do you paint the body color, then wrap the netting and paint the scales, then the back/belly colors in that order?  For instance, your black/white/red lure; did you paint black, then apply the netting and shoot white, then the black back and red belly? I'm doing my first scale paint job.

ya and i used bath loofa for the netting the netting you buy i think works better though

You could also place an ad on here in the Member Classifieds.

I would take pics of lures next to a ruler...and give weights of them so folks know specifics.

And of course your asking price.

Then Members could either PM you for details...or you could put your email addy in the post.

Check out prices of similar products at the local stores, Break down a list of all componants that go into your product and get your cost of each item, Figure out the total time it takes you to assemble product, List all tools and equipment and their cost that is required to make product and how long these tool will last.
Don't forget cost of packageing material and cost of office and shop (rental, utilities, insurance etc.)
Check on Taxes in your city and state (sales etc.)
Figure a fair hourly wage for yourself and add it into the price.

Make sure that you charge enough to assure a good profit, it does your customers very little good to charge to little and go out of business leaveing those customers with no product at all in the future.

Your lures look real good to me, obviously you must be pretty good with airbrush.  If you are going to sell them keep them simple but match local hatch or bait.  If you get too complicated, it gets hard to keep up with demand.  We started with jigs and before we realized it we had 146 color combinations.  Stores can't afford that many nor can their customers.  I would try to pick out a few that are really good and specialize in them.  Enjoy  it and be careful that all the fun doesn't run you out of the business.  Offer some to NAFC members, the club ought to enjoy it along with you.  Good luck!  Uncle Toms Jigs

Right now I just make them while I'm at work so i only get 2 to 3 done a week carving them takes some time for me to do but I'm really not looking to make a business out of it, just enough to pay for the paint and hardware (lips eyes rattles ect) now I just need to find a new brand of laquer I've been using wapsi but im wanting regular colors and most of there's is flouresant
