In the summer whens its really hot...i take the canoe out and sitt in the middle of the lake for like an hour...then i start fishing...if the water is pretty shallow...the fish will hide underneath for shade...i caught 96 panfish that day in 2 1/2 hours...all of which was keepers..i didnt keep them though...i also caught 2 3lb bass...it was a great day of fishing...
