What are some tips for fall fishing still and moving waters? I'm down in Georgia, and I've really never fished in the cold? Is it to late to catch some nice sized panfish?
Fishing.. one of the few things in life that keep me sane.

well I'm from minnesota and we catch panfish all year long.  Think smaller baits.  Like icefishing tackle.  Winter is actually cool because the fish school up in bigger numbers and they are slower.  If you can find green weeds go there and fish but, if you have shallow spots and they are not biting try a little deeper.  Do you have a Vexilar or another kind of flasher if so use it.  That's what we use through the ice.

Hello, here in Virginia we fish Crappie year around, one good thing is, not as many boaters are on the water, however I find my "go to" technique is slip bobbering on a slow drift through likely holding spots, good luck.
