trolling or jigging

    i know there is a season for trolling and for jigging but i was just wondering, which do you all prefer when fishing for big crappie?

    I catch more jigging but Icatch bigger fish trolling

    i do both and but like tshands said more when jigging and bigger when trolling

    I do both but catch big ones both ways. What about bobber fishing ? That seems to be the hot bite right now. The bigger ones I'm catching off the cover the smaller ones (males) on the cover.
