just thought i would bring this up. my favorite time to crappie fish is during the spring. when they are up on the banks and hitting like a ton of bricks. but some people seem to like spider rigging during the fall. so whats your favorite time to catch them slabs?

I like the springtime action of the slab after slab but I like to sit in the hut in the winter and pull those slabs out of the hole plus I think they taste better & the meat is firmer.
