having lived in the md/dc area all my life up until like a month ago i gotta say thats just discraceful to the maryland watermen and fishermen everywhere and i think taht they should get the full penalty for their crime

Everyone needs to stop hating fish and wildlife managment, image if they didnt regulate.  Millions of dollars could have been made by paoching if they decide not to check as many livewell's.
