Eastern Pa, always has very good trout fishing. curious to see how many people are going out this year. i know i am. also was wondering if the trout fishing was good in northern PA. or in the Cooks Forest area. if someone can let me know that would be great.

Trout fishing is great thru all PA. There are alot of nice streams in cooks forest and around. Alot of native streams are up that way to.

It is expensive. U will need the stamp for trout. If u want to fish erie u will also need a stamp for that.
$52.70 plus $10 for the trout stamp. u could always buy a tourist pass that's around $30 plus 10.

Not going to make it first day due to a trip to north Carolina to fish down there.

I live and do most of my Trout fishing in Lycoming County and it's usually pretty good around here, and from what I've been told Lycoming County has more miles of fishable Trout Streams then any other county in the state,Now some of the streams are small and the native Brook Trout in them aren't big enough to be keepers but they're still fun to catch and sometimes tricky.
