has anyone fished bull shoals lake? i live in oakland arkansas but i think i'll keep the boat docked at the bull shoals marina. any tips would be helpfull. i've never really fished for walleye because the last lake i lived on didn't support eyes. pike and eyes are my favorite eating fish and i have dreams of filling my freezer. where do i start?

Hi Allen, never been to Bull Shoals but I do know it has been the subject of many magazine articles over the years. One of the places I dreamt about when I was a kid, so good luk at finding someone to help you out. I am curious though, what does the "B" stand for, AWB.

I live in Flippin and fish bull shoals regularly.I caught a walleye on Lake Fork magic minnow a few months ago not far from bull shoals lake boat dock back towards jimmie creek I believe on point 4.I'm also a member of Norfork Lake Stripper Club. and the guides are hauling them in on Binks spoon by jigging them vertically. good luck

thanks. i live in oakland but keep the boat at bull shoals boat dock. i'm 54; disabled; and just moved here. i told my wife "let's find a big lake and spend the rest of our lives fishing it". i had surgery a week ago but i can't wait to get on the water. next week for sure. i've got bowhunting coming up too.
