yesterday i was fishing this pond for bass and i saw a hugeee carp probably over 20 pounds almost right on shore. what would b the easiest way to catch a carp in this kind of situation. IK its not illegal to snag the carp where i fish at this pond, they actualy encourage it so we can get them out of the pond. But i want to catch it the right way.

u can try corn or bread ball soaked with white syrup

It was right on shore because it was laying eggs carp spawn about this time. So get it quick.
