West Point Carp

    Friday I was fishing just below West Point Lake Dam and we saw quite a few carp! They were a really nice size. We didn't catch any however, but I was wondering would it have a been a greater chance of me catching the carp with dough balls or worms? And If i did use dough balls should I have chummed the water first?
    Fishing.. one of the few things in life that keep me sane.
