    I  was just on the Bass Pro Shops site and saw that the BPS Extreme bait cast reels are on clearance for $59.99. Does anyone know if BPS is discontinuing these excellent reels? I have one and love it! $59.99 is a steal for these reels.

    Normally that is the case, but hopefully in this situation it is just due to an upgraded version being introduced.

    I sure hope they're not being phased out, they are one of the best bait cast reels around for under $100.00!!
