Hello, I am fisherfanatic.  My favorite species to fish for are Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Carp, and Catfish.

I'm Andrew from Massachusetts. I'm 12 turning 13 and I'm OBSESSED with fishing. so obsessed I have read the entire collection of Hunting and Fishing Library encyclopedias cover to cover several times. Love to fly fish as well as with a conventional reel. When I'm up in the Adirondacks I fly fish for trout and use jigs, plugs, and spinners for walleye, bass, and pike. Nothing like a good topwater strike or a thrashing pike. Can't wait to get some field testing equipment!!!!!!

I've only caught a smallie on livebait. Nightcrawler & minnow combo!

Rich- 16 from Pennsylvania. I like to catch Bass ( large and small mouth) catfish as well as panfish of any sort. Nice to meet all the junior anglers who will continue to make this sport the greatest in the world.

Activity has slowed down quite a bit on this thread. It's to bad because the young anglers are our future.

I've noticed that too, wellsley, I think it's because there's not much that can be discussed here that is unique to young anglers when it comes to fishing. Hopefully when I turn 18 next week some other younger guys or gals will be starting off in this thread.
