Well, another year has passed, and I don't know about everyone else, but I'm lookin to do some cool things this year in the field of fishing, like catch a fish through the ice, catch a big trout, and fish in a local tournament. Anyone else got a list of goals for the new year?

Fish MORE!!!! Make the 2nd annual "Shellcracker" fishing week in Fla. with my friends AND go to the LaCrosse Member Meet or just meet up with some other members from the club!!!! Oh yeah...did I mention...FISH MORE

1.  Catch 2 or more 5 lb. Largemouth Bass

2.  Catch a 6 lb. Largemouth Bass

3.  Catch a Brook Trout

4.  Catch at least 2 carp over 20 lbs

5.  Catch a Northern Pike

6.  Catch a Muskie

I'm going to be hard on myself this year!

Since im still pretty young (16 in fact) and northern fish dont quite grow the size of southern, my goals are a 5 lb bass and a 10 lb cat of some sort. I think these are pretty realistic goals, and good ones for any of the younger anglers on here.

1. Go ice fishing

2. Catch a bass over 5-6 lb

3. Find a nice place to fish

4. Fish in a tournament
