I am not trying to push or sell this product. Only inform you of what it did for me [so far] The final choice on how you react to my info is yours alone.
I went to the doctor on Feb. 15 of this year. I went in for a weight control program they offer.
I was placed on an Appetite Suppressent called ADIPEX-P 37 a .5 mg tablet once a day.
GENERIC IS CALLED = PHENTERMINE 37 also a .5 mg tablet. It is made by a Co. called AMIDE.
Cost of the Generic for a months supply at Albertson's Grocery/Pharmacy in Azle, Tx. is $22.99.
I take it on an Empty stomach every morning and must not eat anything for 1 hour or longer.
It has a time release action that works almost the whole day. A light breakfast, then eat a normal lunch, [I now don't want lunch until after 12 noon and sometimes up until 2:00 PM] Dinner/ Supper = I try to eat light and sometimes the Med. keeps me from wanting anything up until 6:30 to 7:30 PM.I eat light as I can here or if I go in early say 5:30 to 6:00 PM, I will try to eat grilled Salmon or other type fish.Plenty of Salad if you like that, I also have a Subway 6 inch Tuna on Wheat bread once or twice a week for supper. I add chips and a Diet Coke, eat it in the store then go home.
Something does work in my case. Less food wanted from the medication and more exercise, has resulted in a slow but steady loss of 30 lbs. from Feb. 15 /05 to May 10 /05.
<!--graemlin::eek:--> An average of 10 lbs per month.
