If anyone is interested, scoutlook.com is a good site to visit for weather reports geared for the outdoorsman. You don't have to join to use the site but there are some benefits to signing up. One nice feature is a wind direction chart. Tom

Tom: We are in negotiations with ScoutLook.com for a custom app for NAFC and NAHC members!

I just stumbled onto the site this weekend. Looks cool so far, but I haven't "experienced" all of it's capabilities yet.

I just checked it out. Looks really helpful and quick to use if you are on the run. Thanks for the heads up.

BoatUS.com has a really good weather report and tide chart...It's really good for us Salt guys. Also Protides.com is really good. Then there's NOAA.org, Cant go wrong there...Thats the official government weather and ocean administration. Most weather and tides charts websites get there info from NOAA. NOAA has all the weather/tide bouys and weather stations all over the place. There site is a little complicated to navigate, but there info is usually spot-on accurate.

I use the NOAA site often but Scoutlook will give you a "pinpoint" forecast that is not available from NOAA. I also like the 3 day "hour by hour" feature available. Tom
