Are you sure you did not leave work a little early? Just checking. A couple like that might make me call in sick tomorrow! Honestly, I'd be sick of work and the only thing that helps that is "FISHING!" Great photo--fish looks healthy. Glad you practice CPR! By the way where were you fishing? I won't tell! Thanks for sharing. Uncle Tom

I became disabled as a United Methodist Pastor IN 2002 and retired here in Coastal Georgia on a 10 acre lake where I continue to fish despite my disabilities. My wonderful wife and I enjoy fishing together. God has blessed us in so many ways and we pray the same for you. I am excited about having so many new friends all over this great country. |

Hello Uncle Tom , I see your name all over the forum, glad to have you respond to one of my posts. As a matter of fact I did leave work early today. This fish was caught in a little pond behind an auto mobile dealership near my work. I go there after work to kill a half hour before I pick up my daughter from her work. I get out at 4 she gets out at 4:30.My avatar is a pic of another bass I caught in that same spot. What did you mean " practice CPR"? Walt |

Again, nice fish and the photo was great. Some of us who do not get out very much really enjoy seeing photos of fish and people who catch them. CPR has been around a good while--just a play on popular expression except for those of us who really enjoy fishing it means: Catch! Photograph! Release! Obviously from you article and photos YOU QUALIFY! Enjoy your posts, keep sharing them. Uncle Tom

Thanks!!!! Hi Uncle Tom , Oh yeah I strongly believe in "CPR" in most cases. Like this small pond I fish at , it would easily be cleaned out if guys started saving their catches for dinner later. |

Nice healthy largemouth. You can really catch some nice fish in private ponds. Keep up the good work. |

Yeah, take advantage of those (almost) undisturbed fishing spots while you still have a chance. People are the main problem with most fisheries. Polution and overharvesting can turn a good fishing spot upside down. |

That's a nice fish. I am a big fan of stopping off and fishing after work. |
