Anyone wishing to join us - we'll be have a day of fishing on the Mississippi River. Picnic Lunch will be provided around 1pm. If your able to, please bring a boat. There is no cost (except to get there). Goose Island area.

Also, anyone wanting to tag along, a couple of us will still be fishing on Saturday too (again, please bring a boat).

Friday picnic will be held at Goose Island down by the public area between the two launches. Fixings for sandwiches, water, snacks, and fruit is on the menu. Lunch will be bewteen noon and 1pm. Fishing before hand and afterwards.

 

As for Saturday, Anyone wanting to meet us ON THE WATER and fish along side of us - let us know

John, I'll be leaving for LaCrosse in a couple hours so if you can make it - great. We will me meeting at Goose Island at around between 6am and 7am on Friday for the morning run and then noonish for lunch and the going back out after lunch. If you can't come with your friend with a boat - it is ok - I purposely asked for boats from others knowing that someone would need to hitch a ride with someone.

No, Ray and Laura didn't get to fish - by the time we all met up, ate, and chatted.......the afternoon got away from us and they had to get back on the road.
