I have been tring to get a meet here in West Virginia Planned and folks interested since I have been a member and to little or no avail. Sooooooo with that said , I , with help from kevin ( P.A. ) Mike ( OH ) are planning West Virginia's first ever meet and greet At the Cabela's In Wheeling West Virginia Thursday September the 18th.  I ( we ) have been talking about this in the West Virginia Section of the NAFC forum as well as the section I have set up for NAFC members on My message forum.

Below are the date and times and a lil info on what were gunna be doing.

At this time I would like to say it was an honor and A Pleasure to have met Ice Cube Bob and Kygriff.

The day started out for me with an hour ( or so ) ride north to Wheeling West Virginia to Cabela's to meet up with mike and kevin for the First Ever West Virginia meet.

Well after some traffic and road Construction , I made it to the Man paradise!
I just no sooner pulled into the parking lot and I was greeted by kevin. We chatted for a lil while then we headed over to Mikey d's for some mid mornin grub.  after a chat ( which was great ) we both headed back over to Cabelas to meet up with mike.

LOL well we both anticapated his arrival a lil later then it was and we arrived back to the main statue to find our friend waiting on us.

so then we all shook hands and got to bs'n and decided to enter the man paradise!
we first wonderd around looking at everything  , from the HUGE fish tanks ( which we all couldn't find any trout BTW ) fishing reels , line hooks and man its was a hoot to share time with folks that love fishing as much as i do.

We then took off to the second level to have lunch. While there Mike , kevin and myself whitnessed one of  West Virginia's Finest ( an Ohio county Sherriff Depuity )  which ICB thought he was being followed by an ohio cop lol

once we finished our lunch we checked out the fire arms and the gun collection we payed for our goods and wares and we headed outside and watched the Cabela's staff set up a fishing pond for the kids fishing this weekend.

All and all  I had one of the best times I have had with my fishing bro's and the best time meeting and chatting with a great group of NAFC members and Folks I call friends.

keep at it, Eric.  I started a get-together this spring with 3 members and 3 guests, then did a second round about 6 weeks later, again with 3 members but more guests this time.  at the second one, Mr Wormdunker put on a Texas-rig weedless worm clinic and I think everyone but me caught fish.  time to start calling about a fall get-together soon.

Way to go guys!  The first is always the most difficult.  The key will be to continue communicating and plan the next one early.  If I know about it soon enough, I just may be able to make it!  Stay well friends!
