    I have converted several of my salt water reels to fresh water fishing.  Just clean it, lube it, spool it and use it!   Good luck!

    Yes I agree with Turnip and Erabbit on their answers. Plus I answered your question in another post. This is at least the 3rd post you asked the same question. If you keep your post to the correct thread, someone usually will answer it.
